What is the warranty time?
According to TSWAYS warranty terms, most products have a warranty period of 12 to 15 months. Please keep the purchasing invoice, warranty certificate and packing list properly, and contact the after-sales customer service as per specific situation of the products.
Who will pay for the freight of warranty products?
During the warranty period, the cost of the warranty products returned to our company will be paid by the customer and the cost shipped back to the customer will be paid by our company. After the warranty, the freight and maintenance expenses will be paid by the customer.
